陶垚,男,中共党员,管理学博士,管理科学与工程专业,以特岗人才引进方式就职于体育竞猜网(中国)官方网站。贵州省高层次绿卡人才,贵州省“互联网+”协同智能制造重点实验室成员。发表高水平论文多篇,以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文10,参与国家社科基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社科项目、中央高校基金项目等课题多项。
